Our stories are driven by who we are, what we do, and how we react, not by what happens to us. I'm here to help you connect with your body and mind, and let go of things that are not in your control — leaving you feeling more inspired, compassionate, and in love with your life.

Breathwork

Let's breathe, baby! Like many of us, I underestimated the power of breath. I quickly learned I was breathing poorly, holding my breath, and not using it as one of my greatest tools to self soothe and regulate my nervous systems — not to mention using breath to release years of stored emotions and anxiety. Breathwork has been a beautiful and powerful tool in my life and I look forward to sharing it with you.

As a former Division 1 athlete, I have the experience and knowledge to help guide athletes – current or former — on their unique journey. I focus on the overall health of the athlete, the mind/body connection, and the emotional body.
